I bought a lunch box from lunchboxpacks and later needed to replace the latch. They did have replacement parts listed, which I appreciated, and once I finally ordered the right one, shipping was totally fine. But it took me a little while to figure out which latch actually fit my box, and not every part was in stock. It’s not even about that being a huge problem, I just wish the page made it clearer and they kept more parts available. In the end it worked out, but 3 stars feels about right.

This wipes clean really fast, which I love!!! The only little issue is that crumbs can get stuck in the corners, but overall it’s been easy to deal with!!!

No leaks, no random warm spots, and it just feels reliable without being overcomplicated. It’s one of those products that does exactly what it’s supposed to do, which definitely gave me more confidence in buying from them again.

I used this lunchbox pack on a really wet morning, i figured my food was going to end up damp. That was kind of on me for not checking the weather or packing it differently, but it actually held up. The outside had water on it, but everything inside stayed completely dry. I’ve used it a few more times since then with rain and little spills, and it’s been the same result. I wouldn’t go dropping it in a puddle or anything, but for normal rainy days, it does the job well.

I bought this because I wanted something low-key, and it really does just look like a normal lunch bag. The size and shape are super casual, so I can carry it into work or toss it in the car without feeling like it stands out. I also like that the zipper and material feel simple but sturdy. Nothing flashy, just practical and exactly what I needed.

I took this out for a full day and was surprised by how comfortable it stayed. The straps didn’t dig into my shoulders at all (which is usually my biggest complaint with bags). Happy with it overall

I got this for my work lunches and it holds a lot more than I thought it would. I can fit my lunch box, snacks, a water bottle, and still have room for a few extra things. The pockets are actually really helpful too, so everything isn’t just smashed together. I’m happy with it overall, but if they ever make the space smaller or mess with the design, I’d probably look for a different one.

I got this mostly for the lock, it works exactly like I hoped. It was easy to set up, shuts nice and tight, and my kid hasn’t had any trouble with it at all. Happy with it.

I use it every day. No issues so far. Straps don’t dig in. Still feels sturdy too. Happy with it.

I really wanted to like this bag because it does look nice in person. Like, it’s cute for running errands, tossing in your wallet and keys, taking to the office, or even using for a quick coffee run. But the fabric feels thin, almost like it might snag if it rubs against a counter, a car seat, or even another bag. The zipper also started sticking after about a week, which got annoying when I was trying to grab my phone, lip balm, receipts, sunglasses, basically anything. It’s not completely useless or anything, and I’ll probably still use it here and there, but I was expecting it to feel a little sturdier

I didn’t realize how annoying my messy pockets were until I stopped dealing with them. Now everything feels way more organized and easier to grab when I need it. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a big difference, right?

I just got this recently, it feels like a really solid buy for the price. It feels sturdy in hand, the stitching looks clean, and I haven’t noticed any issues so far. My first impression is definitely positive.
